App Privacy Policy – Axess Airo Vision+ App Last updated: February 10, 2026
1) Data Controller

2) Scope
This notice applies to the Axess Airo Vision+ mobile application (“App”). It does not replace third-party privacy notices (e.g., app stores, OS providers, email providers), except as stated under “Support”.
3) What the App does
The App only:
• connects locally to the Axess Industry wearable device via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE); and
• controls the device (e.g., increase/decrease the intensity/power setting).
4) Data processed by the App
The App does not collect or transmit personal data to Axess Industry or third-party servers.
During use, the App may process temporary technical data in memory (without intentional local storage) necessary to:
• discover/connect to the wearable (e.g., BLE scan/connection technical information); and
• send control commands (e.g., intensity setting) and receive technical connection feedback.
Retention: this technical data is used only during the session and is not retained by the App after closing. The selected setting (e.g., intensity level) may remain stored on the wearable device until changed or reset, and is not sent to Axess Industry.
5) Data NOT processed by the App
The App does not:
• access or store location data;
• record audio, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers;
• perform analytics/tracking or profiling;
• transmit App data over the Internet (no backend/SDK data transmission).
6) Android permissions
The App requests BLE-related permissions such as:
• BLUETOOTH_SCAN
• BLUETOOTH_CONNECT
On some Android versions, BLE scanning may require:
• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
Important: Axess Industry does not use this permission to geolocate users and does not process location data. The permission may be required by the OS to enable BLE scanning. Permissions are requested only for the App’s core functionality.
7) Legal basis (where applicable)
For local technical processing necessary to provide the requested service: performance of a contract/service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Axess Industry does not receive the locally processed App data.
8) Support via email
If you contact us at info@axessitalia.com, we process the data contained in your email (e.g., email address, timestamps, message content, attachments, and transmission metadata) to respond and provide support, and to handle disputes/defend rights where necessary.
9) Sharing and transfers
App data processed locally is not shared with third parties. Email support may involve IT/email service providers as technical vendors.
10) Security
App-to-device communication occurs via local Bluetooth. No App usage data is transmitted to external servers.
11) Your rights
For personal data processed through support emails, you may exercise GDPR rights (Arts. 15–22) by contacting info@axessitalia.com .
For data processed only locally by the App, Axess Industry has no access; you can manage permissions in the OS, uninstall the App, and/or reset the wearable device.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
12) Changes
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If future features involve data collection/transmission, this policy will be updated before release.
